Chats are saved for 7 days, up to 10 questions per chat. Only you can reopen your chats. Ask OD2 can make mistakes—check the records.
Your requests
Save a private draft, review it, then submit it to the owner. Your chat history is not included. Submitted requests remain saved until an authorized administrator handles retention.
All submitted requests go into the owner inbox. Only urgent requests and requests to speak to the owner are queued for an email alert. Email alerts contain a reference and sign-in link, not your private chat.

These are submitted requests for companies you are authorized to review. Private chat history is excluded. Recording review does not approve work or release a document.
Owner handoff
Confirm it’s you before nominating: your password and, with two-step login on, the code from your authenticator app.
